Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • must be able to obtain and maintain a valid regulatory required certificate
  • ability to meet physical fitness standards
  • willingness to undergo six-week paid training in orlando, florida
  • ability to work a flexible schedule with weekends and holidays
  • no prior experience necessary

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures preferred
  • customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • willingness to relocate to new york for the position

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide caring and compassionate service
