Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight experience required
  • must be available for variable shifts including weekends, holidays, and reserve duty
  • willingness to complete a comprehensive six-week paid training program
  • ability to pass background checks and meet FAA requirements
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • must have valid authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide compassionate and caring customer service throughout the flight
  • respond promptly to customer needs and requests
  • work collaboratively with team members to create a fun and positive onboard atmosphere
  • assist in emergency procedures and be prepared to act swiftly if required
  • maintain knowledge of aircraft specifics and service standards
  • participate actively in training and ongoing development programs
