Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- legally authorized to work in the united states
- capable of passing background checks and drug screening
- must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
- willingness to relocate to new york city
- availability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- physically able to perform duties including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in English
- basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures preferred but not required
Job Duties
- ensure safety and security of passengers from boarding to deplaning
- provide caring and compassionate service to customers
- respond promptly to customer needs
- collaborate with team members to create a positive onboard environment
- conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- manage emergency situations efficiently
- represent JetBlue’s brand and values during all customer interactions
