Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the united states
  • capable of passing background checks and drug screening
  • must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
  • willingness to relocate to new york city
  • availability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
  • physically able to perform duties including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in English
  • basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • ensure safety and security of passengers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide caring and compassionate service to customers
  • respond promptly to customer needs
  • collaborate with team members to create a positive onboard environment
  • conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • manage emergency situations efficiently
  • represent JetBlue’s brand and values during all customer interactions
