Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • no previous experience required
  • must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends, public holidays, and reserve shifts
  • ability to complete 6-week paid training program
  • must pass background check and drug screening
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to meet physical requirements for safety duties

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide caring and compassionate service to customers
  • respond promptly and effectively to customer needs
  • work collaboratively with fellow crewmembers to create a positive and fun onboard environment
  • adhere strictly to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • communicate clearly and professionally with passengers and team members
  • participate actively in ongoing training and development programs
