Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • physical ability to perform safety and emergency duties
  • willingness to relocate to new york city and participate in six-week training program in orlando florida
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work in a teamwork-driven environment
  • basic knowledge of safety procedures is a plus
  • passion for helping others and providing exceptional service

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide caring and compassionate service to customers
  • respond to customer needs promptly and effectively
  • work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and fun onboard environment
  • participate actively in safety and emergency procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin
  • assist with boarding and deplaning processes
