Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- physical ability to perform safety and emergency duties
- willingness to relocate to new york city and participate in six-week training program in orlando florida
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to work in a teamwork-driven environment
- basic knowledge of safety procedures is a plus
- passion for helping others and providing exceptional service
Job Duties
- ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
- provide caring and compassionate service to customers
- respond to customer needs promptly and effectively
- work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and fun onboard environment
- participate actively in safety and emergency procedures
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin
- assist with boarding and deplaning processes
