Job Requirements
- no prior experience necessary
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- must pass a background check and drug screening
- availability for variable work schedules including weekends and public holidays
- ability to participate in six-week paid training program in Orlando, Florida
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- must be at least 18 years old

- ensure safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
- provide caring and compassionate customer service

- conduct safety demonstrations and enforce safety protocols
- manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- promote the JetBlue brand through exceptional service
