Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior experience required
  • must be able to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
  • availability for reserve duty and on-call flights
  • ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • physical ability to complete safety demonstrations and assist passengers

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide compassionate and attentive service to customers during flights
  • respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries
  • create a positive and fun environment onboard the aircraft
  • work collaboratively with fellow crewmembers to deliver seamless in-flight experiences
  • participate in safety drills and training sessions to stay prepared for emergencies
  • adhere to all regulatory and company policies regarding passenger safety and service
