Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior experience necessary
- availability to work flexible and variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to complete 6-week paid training in Orlando, Florida
- physical fitness to perform safety-related tasks
- ability to pass required background checks and drug tests
- strong customer service focus
- excellent verbal communication skills
- willingness to travel frequently

Job Duties
- ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
- provide caring and compassionate service to customers
- respond promptly to customer needs and requests
- collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive flight environment
- conduct safety demonstrations and enforce safety protocols consistently
- manage in-flight emergencies and assess situations quickly and calmly
- assist with boarding, deplaning, and handling customer inquiries
