Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior experience necessary
  • availability to work flexible and variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to complete 6-week paid training in Orlando, Florida
  • physical fitness to perform safety-related tasks
  • ability to pass required background checks and drug tests
  • strong customer service focus
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • willingness to travel frequently

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide caring and compassionate service to customers
  • respond promptly to customer needs and requests
  • collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive flight environment
  • conduct safety demonstrations and enforce safety protocols consistently
  • manage in-flight emergencies and assess situations quickly and calmly
  • assist with boarding, deplaning, and handling customer inquiries
