Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience necessary
  • Willingness to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Physically able to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Flexibility to travel as required
  • Availability for six-week training program in Orlando, Florida

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • Provide caring and compassionate customer service onboard flights
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to create a positive and fun environment
  • Adhere to airline safety and emergency procedures
  • Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
