Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be flexible to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to participate in a 6-week paid training program in Orlando, Florida
  • Ability to pass required pre-employment background checks and drug screening
  • Must be able to perform physical duties required by the role
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers throughout flights
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the host of the inflight experience
  • Respond promptly and compassionately to passenger needs and requests
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a fun and positive onboard atmosphere
  • Assist with boarding and deplaning processes to ensure efficiency and passenger comfort
  • Follow safety protocols and manage emergency procedures if needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to uphold JetBlue service standards
