Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be flexible to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to participate in a 6-week paid training program in Orlando, Florida
- Ability to pass required pre-employment background checks and drug screening
- Must be able to perform physical duties required by the role
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers throughout flights
- Provide exceptional customer service as the host of the inflight experience
- Respond promptly and compassionately to passenger needs and requests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a fun and positive onboard atmosphere
- Assist with boarding and deplaning processes to ensure efficiency and passenger comfort
- Follow safety protocols and manage emergency procedures if needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to uphold JetBlue service standards
