Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass background checks and security clearances
  • no prior experience required
  • must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • must be willing to complete a 6-week paid training program in orlando, florida
  • able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • good physical health and stamina

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide caring and compassionate inflight customer service
  • respond promptly and effectively to customer needs
  • work as part of a team to maintain a positive and fun inflight environment
  • participate in all mandatory training and comply with safety regulations
  • assist passengers with boarding and deplaning procedures
  • manage emergency situations calmly and professionally
