Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior experience necessary
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • must be able to obtain and maintain relevant certifications
  • strong customer service orientation
  • willingness to undergo paid training program in Orlando
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of passengers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide compassionate and attentive customer service during flights
  • respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries
  • work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and enjoyable onboard environment
  • participate in mandatory training and safety drills
  • assist passengers with boarding and deplaning processes
  • comply with all regulatory and company procedures for inflight operations
