Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- No prior experience necessary as training provided
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be physically capable of performing safety-related duties
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to relocate to training location in Orlando, Florida
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to undergo and successfully complete 6-week paid training
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
Job Duties
- Ensure safety and security of all customers from boarding to deplaning
- Provide caring and compassionate in-flight service to customers
- Respond promptly and effectively to passenger needs and requests
- Work collaboratively as part of the inflight team to maintain a positive and fun environment
- Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
- Assist with boarding and deplaning processes
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards
