Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • No prior experience necessary as training provided
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
  • Must be physically capable of performing safety-related duties
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to relocate to training location in Orlando, Florida

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to undergo and successfully complete 6-week paid training
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Job Duties

  • Ensure safety and security of all customers from boarding to deplaning
  • Provide caring and compassionate in-flight service to customers
  • Respond promptly and effectively to passenger needs and requests
  • Work collaboratively as part of the inflight team to maintain a positive and fun environment
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
  • Assist with boarding and deplaning processes
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards
