Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- availability to complete 6-week paid training program in orlando, florida
- ability to pass background checks and security clearances
- strong physical fitness to meet safety requirements
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work irregular schedules
- ability to manage stressful situations calmly
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- ability to pass required safety and security training
- physically able to perform safety-related duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- fluency in english
Job Duties
- ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
- provide caring and compassionate customer service onboard flights
- respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries
- work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive cabin environment
- execute emergency procedures and safety protocols effectively
- assist with boarding and deplaning processes
- maintain cleanliness and order within the aircraft cabin
