Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • availability to complete 6-week paid training program in orlando, florida
  • ability to pass background checks and security clearances
  • strong physical fitness to meet safety requirements
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work irregular schedules
  • ability to manage stressful situations calmly

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
  • ability to pass required safety and security training
  • physically able to perform safety-related duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • fluency in english

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide caring and compassionate customer service onboard flights
  • respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries
  • work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive cabin environment
  • execute emergency procedures and safety protocols effectively
  • assist with boarding and deplaning processes
  • maintain cleanliness and order within the aircraft cabin
