Job Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain FAA certification
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Physical ability to perform safety-related duties and handle emergency situations
  • Willingness to relocate for training in Orlando, Florida
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Willingness to complete a comprehensive paid training program

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • Provide caring and compassionate customer service
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and requests
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and fun environment on board
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures as required
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
  • Assist with the boarding and deplaning processes
