Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • willingness to undergo and successfully complete a 6-week paid training program
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
  • ability to pass background checks and FAA medical certification
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to handle physical requirements of the job such as standing for long periods and lifting
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • ability to pass required background checks and comply with FAA regulations

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide compassionate and attentive service to passengers
  • respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries
  • work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive onboard environment
  • adhere to all regulatory and company safety procedures
  • assist in emergency procedures and handle unexpected situations calmly
  • deliver the unique JetBlue customer experience consistently
