Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to undergo and successfully complete a 6-week paid training program
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- ability to pass background checks and FAA medical certification
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle physical demands of the job
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
- provide compassionate and attentive service to passengers
- respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries
- work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive onboard environment
- adhere to all regulatory and company safety procedures
- assist in emergency procedures and handle unexpected situations calmly
- deliver the unique JetBlue customer experience consistently
