Job Requirements

  • no prior experience required
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • able to pass background and security checks
  • physically fit to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • legally authorized to work in the united states
  • willingness to relocate for training in orlando florida
  • availability for variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to participate in a 6-week paid training program
  • basic proficiency in English
  • physical ability to perform safety-related tasks
  • passion for travel and hospitality

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide caring and compassionate service to customers throughout the flight
  • respond promptly to customers' needs and requests
  • work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and fun onboard environment
  • assist with emergency procedures and safety demonstrations
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin during flights
  • complete preflight and postflight duties as required
