Job Requirements
- no prior experience required
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to pass background and security checks
- physically fit to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- legally authorized to work in the united states
- willingness to relocate for training in orlando florida
- availability for variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- teamwork and interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in a 6-week paid training program
- basic proficiency in English
- physical ability to perform safety-related tasks
- passion for travel and hospitality
Job Duties
- ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
- provide caring and compassionate service to customers throughout the flight
- respond promptly to customers' needs and requests
- work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and fun onboard environment
- assist with emergency procedures and safety demonstrations
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin during flights
- complete preflight and postflight duties as required
