Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Willingness to participate in training and comply with safety regulations

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers from boarding to deplaning
- Provide caring and compassionate customer service onboard
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer needs
- Work as part of a team to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere
- Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures training
- Assist customers with special needs and requests
- Maintain knowledge of aircraft specifics and JetBlue service standards
