Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
  • Ability to complete a 6-week paid training program in Orlando, Florida
  • Must pass background and security checks
  • Physical ability to perform safety-related tasks and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers from boarding to deplaning
  • Provide compassionate and attentive customer service
  • Respond to passenger needs promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun onboard environment
  • Conduct mandatory safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
  • Manage various shift schedules including weekends, holidays, and on-call duty
  • Maintain compliance with all airline and regulatory safety standards
