- Ability to complete a 6-week paid training program in Orlando, Florida
- Must pass background and security checks
- Physical ability to perform safety-related tasks and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers from boarding to deplaning
- Provide compassionate and attentive customer service
- Respond to passenger needs promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun onboard environment
- Conduct mandatory safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
- Manage various shift schedules including weekends, holidays, and on-call duty
- Maintain compliance with all airline and regulatory safety standards
