Job Duties
- ensure the safety and security of passengers from boarding to deplaning
- provide compassionate and attentive customer service
- respond effectively to customer needs and concerns
- work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive onboard environment
- assist passengers during boarding, in-flight, and deplaning processes
- adhere to all airline safety and operational procedures
- participate actively in training and continuously update knowledge of safety protocols
