Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to complete FAA safety certification training
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry weights as required by safety standards
  • No history of disqualifying criminal offenses
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of FAA-approved flight attendant training program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Physical ability to perform safety-related duties
  • Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with passengers and crew members
  • Provide exceptional customer service reflecting Frontier's brand personality
  • Manage in-flight operational tasks including safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
  • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Promote Frontier’s environmental initiatives and sustainability efforts during flights
  • Assist with boarding, deplaning, and compliance with FAA regulations
