Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete FAA safety certification training
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry weights as required by safety standards
- No history of disqualifying criminal offenses
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of FAA-approved flight attendant training program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Physical ability to perform safety-related duties
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights
- Communicate clearly and professionally with passengers and crew members
- Provide exceptional customer service reflecting Frontier's brand personality
- Manage in-flight operational tasks including safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively
- Promote Frontier’s environmental initiatives and sustainability efforts during flights
- Assist with boarding, deplaning, and compliance with FAA regulations
