Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- Physical ability to perform extensive walking, standing and lifting
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

- Prior experience in janitorial or housekeeping services preferred
- Ability to operate specialized cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming with a push vacuum/backpack vacuum
- Sweep, mop and scrub floors in an industrial/warehouse setting
- Gather and dispose of cardboard, packing materials and wood from designated areas
- Sanitize restrooms including sinks, toilets, urinals and floors
- Dust and wipe down office furniture, equipment, baseboards, windows and blinds
- Clean and disinfect breakrooms including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs and floors
- Restock supplies and refill dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms and common areas
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners
- Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean and operable condition
- Operate specialized equipment such as augers, balers and waste compactors
- Report irregularities and enforce company policies
- Perform other assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks as required
