Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred
- Ability to work night shift
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Auburn IN 46706
- Ability to commute to work location
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial custodial work
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and use cleaning chemicals safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of industrial facilities including sweeping mopping and buffing floors
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of debris to maintain a safe environment
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in compliance with regulations
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management
- Collaborate with team members to optimize cleaning schedules and procedures
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for various surfaces
