Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
- ability to work the scheduled shift hours
- physical ability to lift 50 lbs
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- must pass a background check and drug screening
- ability to understand and follow detailed instructions

Job Duties
- Check viscosity of soup
- wash and sanitize kettles after every formula to ensure a clean surface for the next product run
- process a daily schedule by referring to recipes and coordinating prep department
- fill out paperwork / IQS entries and inspections
- load ingredients into kettle
- take samples to QA
- retrieve/return containers from prep/blanch
- verify product quality, item numbers, weights, HAACP checks
- follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
- perform other duties as assigned
