Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import and export logistics
- Experience with ocean freight and drayage operations required
- Prior work experience in 3PL, 4PL, freight forwarding, NVOCC, or international carriers
- Proficiency in CargoWise mandatory
- Ability to use Excel and TMS or other shipping software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage time effectively
- Technologically proficient and a quick learner for software applications
- Basic knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- High level of accountability and detail orientation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage the lifecycle of international freight shipments including quoting, booking, coordinating drayage, tracking, and billing
- Ensure compliance with all shipping and trade regulations
- Resolve shipment problems and provide timely customer follow-up
- Coordinate with carriers, internal teams, and clients to guarantee timely and accurate freight movement
- Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation
- Utilize CargoWise and other TMS software effectively to manage shipments
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to shipment status and billing
