Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Fluency in English
- Experience in safety or emergency procedures is advantageous
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service from boarding to arrival
- Ensure passenger safety by following all regulatory and company procedures
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrations
- Assist passengers with special needs and requests
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient cabin environment
- Handle in-flight emergencies calmly and effectively
