Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass FAA mandated medical and background checks
  • flexible schedule including availability for day, night, weekend shifts and reserve duty
  • ability to stand and move throughout flights
  • willingness to relocate to Indianapolis
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • flexibility to work various shifts and holidays
  • physical ability to perform required duties
  • FAA certification upon completing training

Job Duties

  • conduct pre-flight safety checks
  • welcome and assist passengers during boarding
  • deliver in-flight safety announcements and service
  • manage emergency situations onboard
  • ensure cabin cleanliness and readiness
  • perform post-flight cabin inspections
  • comply with FAA regulations and airline policies
