- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to pass FAA mandated medical and background checks
- flexible schedule including availability for day, night, weekend shifts and reserve duty
- ability to stand and move throughout flights
- willingness to relocate to Indianapolis
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- conduct pre-flight safety checks
- welcome and assist passengers during boarding
- deliver in-flight safety announcements and service
- manage emergency situations onboard
- ensure cabin cleanliness and readiness
- perform post-flight cabin inspections
- comply with FAA regulations and airline policies
