Job Requirements
- Experience working in activities or other field related to care of seniors
- Experience in event planning preferred
- Has experience in working alone and in developing events/programs
- Dedication to senior population and their unique needs and concerns
- Must enjoy interacting with elderly population
- Must be able to communicate in the English language
- Capable of sensitive and effective communication both verbally and in writing to professionals, residents and families, entertainers, educators, and staff members
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and develop events/programs
- Dedication to seniors and understanding of their unique needs
- Enjoyment in interacting with the elderly
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Effective verbal and written communication with diverse groups
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Plan and facilitate activities and events for senior residents
- Coordinate with staff, entertainers, and educators to deliver programs
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and professionals
- Develop programs based on residents' interests and needs
- Ensure safety and engagement during events
- Maintain records of activities and participant feedback
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling required materials
