Job Requirements

  • ability to provide friendly and attentive dining service
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to follow instructions and policies
  • capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • must be able to stand and move during shifts
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • experience in food service or dining assistance roles preferred

Job Duties

  • assist with all dining service functions according to established policies and procedures
  • ensure high quality and excellent dining experience for residents with each meal
  • promote the resident first value
  • create a home-like atmosphere in the dining area
  • provide person-centered care to residents
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • collaborate with kitchen and care staff to meet resident needs
