Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to perform physical duties required for serving and dining assistance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
  • Adherence to community policies and procedures
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in dining or food service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Commitment to providing excellent resident service
  • Demonstrated compassion and patience
  • Basic food safety knowledge

Job Duties

  • Provide assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
  • Advance the value that the resident comes first
  • Value the community as the resident’s home and work to create attributes of home
  • Model person-centered care in all interactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of dining areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet residents' dietary needs
