Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to perform physical duties required for serving and dining assistance
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
Willingness to work flexible shifts
Adherence to community policies and procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must pass background check

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in dining or food service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Commitment to providing excellent resident service
Demonstrated compassion and patience
Basic food safety knowledge

Job Duties

Provide assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
Advance the value that the resident comes first
Value the community as the resident’s home and work to create attributes of home
Model person-centered care in all interactions
Maintain cleanliness and safety of dining areas
Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet residents' dietary needs
