Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
  • Ability to provide compassionate and attentive service
  • Willingness to engage positively with residents and their families
  • Ability to follow established dining policies and procedures
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Physical ability to perform dining service tasks

Job Duties

  • Provide assistance in all dining service functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
  • Advance the value that the resident comes first
  • Work to create attributes of home and model person-centered care
  • Participate actively in the lives of residents and their families
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Assist with special dietary needs including regular and texture modified diets
