Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
- Ability to provide compassionate and attentive service
- Willingness to engage positively with residents and their families
- Ability to follow established dining policies and procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to perform dining service tasks
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide assistance in all dining service functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
- Advance the value that the resident comes first
- Work to create attributes of home and model person-centered care
- Participate actively in the lives of residents and their families
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with special dietary needs including regular and texture modified diets
