- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Ability to follow established dining service procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- Assist in all dining service functions to ensure a smooth and efficient meal service
- Provide excellent customer service to residents during meals
- Understand and accommodate residents dietary needs including regular and texture modified diets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow established policies and procedures related to dining service
- Foster a welcoming and home-like dining atmosphere for residents
