Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • Ability to follow established dining service procedures
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Assist in all dining service functions to ensure a smooth and efficient meal service
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents during meals
  • Understand and accommodate residents dietary needs including regular and texture modified diets
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Follow established policies and procedures related to dining service
  • Foster a welcoming and home-like dining atmosphere for residents
