Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Commitment to resident-centered service
- Willingness to follow established dining service policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Commitment to providing person-centered care
- Prior experience in dining or food service preferred
- Basic understanding of dietary restrictions and modifications
Job Duties
- Provide assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
- Advance the value that the resident comes first
- Create attributes of home and model person-centered care in the dining environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
- Assist residents with regular and texture-modified diets as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff to enhance the dining experience
