Job Duties
- Provide assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
- Advance the value that the resident comes first
- Create attributes of home and model person-centered care
- Serve meals according to individual resident dietary needs including texture-modified diets
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional resident care
