Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in dining service preferred
  • Basic knowledge of dietary needs
  • Ability to engage positively with senior residents
  • Physical ability to carry out dining service duties
  • Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care
  • Previous experience in dining service or senior living environment is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Provide assistance in all dining services functions
  • Ensure residents receive high-quality and excellent dining experiences with each meal
  • Follow established policies and procedures related to dining service
  • Cater to residents’ dietary requirements including texture-modified diets
  • Create a welcoming and home-like dining environment
  • Model person-centered care and uphold community values
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance resident satisfaction
