Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in dining service preferred
- Basic knowledge of dietary needs
- Ability to engage positively with senior residents
- Physical ability to carry out dining service duties
- Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Commitment to providing compassionate care
- Previous experience in dining service or senior living environment is advantageous
Job Duties
- Provide assistance in all dining services functions
- Ensure residents receive high-quality and excellent dining experiences with each meal
- Follow established policies and procedures related to dining service
- Cater to residents’ dietary requirements including texture-modified diets
- Create a welcoming and home-like dining environment
- Model person-centered care and uphold community values
- Collaborate with team members to enhance resident satisfaction
