Job Duties
- Assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure each resident receives the highest quality dining experience with every meal
- Promote and uphold the community value that the resident comes first
- Create a home-like atmosphere for residents and model person-centered care
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent resident care
- Manage regular and texture modified diets as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
