Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to resident-centered care

Job Duties
- Assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
- Place the resident’s needs and satisfaction as the highest priority
- Foster a welcoming and home-like dining environment
- Model person-centered care in interactions with residents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive community atmosphere
