Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to resident-centered care

Job Duties

  • Assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
  • Place the resident’s needs and satisfaction as the highest priority
  • Foster a welcoming and home-like dining environment
  • Model person-centered care in interactions with residents
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
  • Collaborate with team members to support a positive community atmosphere
