Job Requirements

Heart for seniors
1+ year of experience in senior living, hospitality, or event planning preferred

Job Qualifications

Compassionate spirit with enthusiasm for senior care and service
1+ year of experience in senior living, hospitality, or event planning preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

Host daily activities that inspire fun, fitness, creativity, and social interaction
Plan and chaperone off-site outings that bring the community to life
Deliver meals to Independent Living cottages and encourage community dining
Partner with the Food & Beverage team to support great dining experiences and themed events
Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance services with timely follow-up
Build community spirit through newsletters, check-in calls, and housewarming events
Collaborate with the Resident Council to gather feedback and enhance engagement
