Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a reliable vehicle that meets platform standards
- Smartphone capable of running the RidenRoll app
- Ability to pass background checks and safety screenings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good time management skills

- Operate as an independent solo business driver on the RidenRoll platform
- Provide transportation and delivery services to customers locally and long-distance
- Manage own schedule and business operations with full flexibility
- Use the RidenRoll mobile app effectively to accept and complete ride and delivery requests
- Maintain high safety and customer service standards at all times
- Keep 100 percent of all fares and tips without contract restrictions
- Grow and potentially scale business from solo driver to fleet owner
