Job Duties
- Perform reliable food deliveries for catering and route-based orders
- Utilize the DeliverThat driver app to follow delivery instructions and manage routes
- Maintain communication with support teams to resolve issues and ensure excellent customer service
- Handle food items with care using insulated catering bags to maintain quality
- Manage time efficiently to complete deliveries within designated timeframes
- Ensure professional behavior and strong communication with clients and restaurant partners
- Problem-solve delivery challenges using available tools and resources
