Job Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and smartphone
- At least two insulated catering bags
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Clean driving record (5-year MVR)
- Strong communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to use the DeliverThat app effectively
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Clean driving record within the last 5 years
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to operate a smartphone and use apps for delivery management
- Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver catering and route-based food orders on time and in excellent condition
- Use the DeliverThat driver app to manage deliveries and communicate with support teams
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and professional interaction with clients
- Use insulated bags to ensure food temperature and quality
- Engage proactively with the company's support resources to solve issues
- Follow instructions carefully and adapt to changing delivery requirements
