- fulfill catering and route-based food deliveries
- manage delivery schedules and routes using the DeliverThat driver app
- maintain clear communication with delivery support teams and customers
- ensure safe handling and delivery of food using insulated catering bags
- provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery-related issues professionally
- follow delivery instructions and company guidelines carefully
- document deliveries and report any discrepancies or concerns
