Job Requirements

a reliable vehicle and smartphone
at least two insulated catering bags
legal authorization to work in the U.S.
must be at least 21 years of age
a clean driving record (5-year MVR required)
strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
willingness to engage with support teams and provide excellent customer service
ability to follow instructions and problem-solve using the DeliverThat driver app

ability to use smartphone and related apps
experience in food delivery or customer service preferred

Job Duties

fulfill catering and route-based food deliveries
use insulated catering bags to maintain order quality
engage with support teams proactively
provide excellent customer service
follow instructions using the driver app
problem-solve delivery-related issues
manage delivery schedules independently
