Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or event management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience planning business and incentive events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Cvent event management software preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10 weeks per year
  • Regular and predictable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or event management or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience planning business and incentive events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint familiarity with Cvent preferred
  • Knowledge of A/V and video production is a bonus
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong negotiation organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively up to 10 weeks annually
  • Regular and predictable attendance required

Job Duties

  • Serve as a point of contact for event planning providing prompt and courteous support to internal teams and external partners
  • Plan and execute corporate meetings conferences and incentive travel programs often managing multiple events simultaneously
  • Consult with internal business partners on event strategies and registration processes including expertise in Cvent
  • Develop event materials aligned with brand standards including agendas signage and promotional items oversee logistics such as ordering supplies and coordinating shipments
  • Provide on-site event management to ensure flawless execution of all arrangements and contracted terms
  • Anticipate and resolve issues during events with proactive problem-solving
  • Manage event budgets by tracking anticipated and actual expenses preparing variance reports and ensuring accurate vendor payments
