Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or event management, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience planning business and incentive events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Cvent software preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel extensively up to 10 weeks annually
- Regular and predictable attendance required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or event management, or related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience planning business and incentive events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Cvent preferred
- Knowledge of A/V and video production is a bonus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 10 weeks annually)

Job Duties
- Serve as a point of contact for event planning, providing prompt and courteous support to internal teams and external partners
- Plan and execute corporate meetings, conferences, and incentive travel programs, often managing multiple events simultaneously
- Consult with internal business partners on event strategies and registration processes, including expertise in Cvent
- Develop event materials aligned with brand standards, including agendas, signage, and promotional items
- Oversee logistics such as ordering supplies and coordinating shipments
- Provide on-site event management to ensure flawless execution of all arrangements and contracted terms
- Anticipate and resolve issues during events with proactive problem-solving
- Manage event budgets by tracking anticipated and actual expenses, preparing variance reports, and ensuring accurate vendor payments
- Analyze post-event data to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with legal, insurance, health, and accessibility requirements
- Collaborate with vendors, including travel suppliers, hotels, transportation providers, and production teams, to deliver exceptional experiences
