Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 1-year call-center experience
  • at least 2-years escalated customer service experience
  • effective communication in English
  • strong written and verbal communication
  • proficient computer skills
  • excellent organizational abilities
  • ability to multitask efficiently
  • capable of managing high call volumes with multiple systems
  • reliable home internet meeting speed requirements
  • flexible and adaptable mindset

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 1-year call-center experience
  • minimum of 2-years escalated customer service experience
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • moderate to advanced computer skills with ability to navigate multiple online applications
  • exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to handle high-volume calls and multiple applications simultaneously
  • previous remote work experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Resolve escalated customer service issues effectively
  • advocate for GE Appliances consumers by coordinating with internal departments
  • manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and text communications
  • negotiate and implement creative solutions benefiting customers and company
  • maintain detailed and accurate case records and data management
  • follow up to ensure customer satisfaction before case closure
  • meet work schedule demands with compliance and integrity
