Job Requirements
- Dedicated quiet work area with sufficient space for company-provided equipment
- Local internet provider with ethernet connection, excluding satellite, prepaid, or DSL
- Internet speeds with ping 50 Mbps or lower, download 50 Mbps or higher, upload 15 Mbps or higher
- Mandatory completion of 9-week full-time training with no absences
- Availability to work 4x10 10-hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST
- Participation in biannual shift bids within 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST business hours
- One-year experience in customer service or sales
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, conflict resolution, and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining flexibility
Job Qualifications
- One-year relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong initiative and ability to take charge independently
- Excellent research and analytical skills to resolve escalated issues
- High attention to detail and ability to concentrate for extended periods
- Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and promote brand loyalty
- Familiarity with multiple web-based systems and MS Office Suite
- Capability to work effectively in a remote setting
Job Duties
- Provide product information and registration support to customers
- Respond to inquiries regarding service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations
- Troubleshoot customer issues and offer appropriate resolutions
- Facilitate sales support and minor concessions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Create, update and retrieve customer records accurately
- Adhere to safety policies and contribute to a safe work environment
- Participate in shift bids and adjust schedules as required
