Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year relevant working experience in customer service or sales environment
  • Ability to work 4x10 hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST
  • Commitment to complete 9-week full-time training program M-F from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST
  • Availability for shift bid participation twice a year during business hours 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST
  • Dedicated quiet and spacious remote work area with ASI-provided equipment
  • Local internet provider with ethernet connection meeting speed requirements
  • Internet speed of ping 50 Mbps or lower, download 50 Mbps or higher, upload 15 Mbps or higher
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic when handling customer concerns
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and time management skills
  • Strong active listening and communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • One year relevant experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong knowledge of customer service processes and procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions
  • High attention to detail and strong concentration
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite
  • Experience navigating multiple web-based systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business needs

Job Duties

  • Provide product information and registration support to customers
  • Respond to service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve owner issues including sales and minor concessions
  • Utilize multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications to manage customer records
  • Follow established guidelines and apply judgment in concession decisions
  • Maintain accurate logging of complaints, actions, and resolutions
  • Provide feedback to quality and training teams to improve processes
  • Adhere to safety policies and support other business areas as directed
