Job Requirements

  • One year relevant working experience in customer service or sales environment

Job Duties

  • Provide product information, registration support, service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues using troubleshooting, sales, service, referrals and minor concessions
  • Utilize multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications
  • Create, update and retrieve owner records related to complaints, actions and resolutions
  • Provide proactive feedback to Quality and Training for process improvements
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Support other parts of the business as directed
