Job Requirements

  • integrity and willingness to seek leadership guidance

Job Qualifications

  • One-year relevant working experience in customer service or sales

Job Duties

  • Provide product information and support in English and Spanish
  • assist with product registration and service inquiries
  • handle parts, delivery, and dealer location questions
  • troubleshoot and resolve owner issues creatively
  • update and maintain owner records
  • provide feedback to Quality and Training teams
  • adhere to safety policies and support other business areas as assigned
